Yes, the rate for one whole day rental is P700 for either X-A3 and X-A5 model.

The count starts on the following day after the pickup until the return date. For example, if the camera will be picked up on a Monday and will be returned on Thursday, the rental period is 3 days.

A reservation fee (P500) is required for booking periods of 4 days and up; otherwise the booking date/s will be temporarily reserved for you but may be secured by other renters with longer rental period. Non-refundable; reschedule allowed.

We accept reservation payments via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PNB, Gcash, Paymaya, or Paypal (+5% fee).

Primary meetup locations are the ff:
▪ Mandaluyong: Along Boni Ave/Maysilo Circle or Namayan, Mandaluyong (P50 discount for at least 3 days booking) / along Shaw Blvd or nearby areas (min. +P50)
▪ Makati: Century City Mall (free) / other malls (min. +P50)

Kindly take note that any other meetup locations would incur additional handling fees (1 fee for both pickup and return) from P100-P400. If you have any concerns, please let us know anytime.

For any urgent rentals, we advise inquiring both through our Facebook page and SMS (no calls please). We try our best to respond to inquiries immediately to accommodate our renters as fast as we can.

Yes. We accept credit card payments through PayPal.

Any government-issued IDs are automatically accepted. For instances where one isn’t available, NBI/Barangay clearance, certificate of employment, and/or school registration/enrollment form shall be accepted. Minimum of 2 IDs shall be presented by the renter.

Yes, subject to approval. Please bring a photocopy of your passport when picking up your rental.

Yes, however we cannot offer any refund or credit in these cases.

If there is a subsequent renter on your return date, returning the camera late may not be possible at all. Otherwise, a few hours shall be given for grace period or an additional day could be considered.

Absolutely. This must be disclosed when inquiring and booking.

Yes, but this is subject to availability. Please let us know as soon as possible to secure the succeeding dates for you.

We require at least a total of 5 days rental period for bookings more than 2 months in advance. Otherwise, you may inquire 2-3 weeks before your preferred booking date.

A copy of the camera rental agreement is not available online before or after the rental transaction. A sales invoice may be sent, however.
